Pomelo does not currently support cash pickup, however, you can send money directly to your recipient's GCash wallet with Pomelo, and cash out from there.
GCash supports two ways your recipient can cash out of their wallet's available balance:
Over-the-counter (Convenience stores, supermarkets, pawn shops, department stores)
ATM Withdrawals (any Bancnet or Mastercard-partner ATMs nationwide)
