Closing your Pomelo account means you wish to permanently close your credit line and your card on your account. Please keep in mind that once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access it.

Before your account can be closed, you will need to settle your outstanding balance.
Will Pomelo report my account close to the bureaus?
Once you close your account, Pomelo will report the closure to the credit bureaus.
Can I pause my account if I don't wish to close it at this time?
Yes! If you wish to simply pause access to your account, you can pause your card and resume whenever you wish.
If you'd like to continue with closing your account, please contact Pomelo Support in-app or email support@pomelo.com.
You can expect your request to be completed in 7-10 business days from receipt of your request.
