What should I do if I think my card has been lost or stolen?

Reporting your lost or stolen card

If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, please report this through the Pomelo app.

On the App:

  1. Select the Account tab.

  2. Under Security, select the Report Card Lost or Stolen card.

  3. Prompt will ask you report you'd like to file: Card Lost or Card Stolen.

  4. Select your option and press "Ok".

Once your report has been filed, your physical and virtual card will be placed in an immediate lock status to prevent any unauthorized transactions.

Here is what you can expect next:

  • You'll typically receive your new card in 7-10 business days.

  • If you find your old card, it won't work anymore and you should destroy it.

  • Your new card will have a different card number, expiration date, and CVV.
