You can add up to 3 receivers per account. Each one will have to verify their identity to activate their card. Once activated you can pause, remove, or change their limits at any time.

Remember that as the responsible cardholder, you are paying their spending each month. Make sure you invite people you trust (which is why we often call them Loved Ones ❤️).
