Your One-Time Pin (OTP) is a 6-digit authentication code sent to your phone number when you login to Pomelo.

🚨 Pomelo will NEVER ask you for this code.

🚨 Do NOT share it with anyone asking for the code over the phone.

If you did not receive an OTP code when trying to login, please try the following steps below:

  1. Ensure that the phone number you signed up with has active service.

  2. Check your network. You may be in an area with a weak signal.

  3. Make sure the device is connected to your mobile service provider, as message delivery on devices roaming off-network cannot be guaranteed.

  4. Force close and relaunch the app.

  5. Restart Your Device:

    • Power off your device.

    • Wait for 30 seconds.

    • Power the device back on.

  6. Verify if your device can receive other SMS messages.

    • Check if other devices using the same mobile carrier can receive your messages.

  7. Check if other devices using the same mobile carrier can receive your messages.
