If you are encountering an issue, sometimes it simply requires you to force close the Pomelo app to resolve it.
Here is a guide on how you can force close your app:
For iOS Users:
Tap and hold from the bottom of your screen
Slide up to reach the app navigation menu
From here, tap and hold the Pomelo app, and swipe it up until it is off of the screen
For Android Users:
Press the button on the bottom of your device that opens the navigational menu
Tap and hold the Pomelo app, and swipe it up until it is off of the screen
