If your GCash transfer was unsuccessful, you will receive a full refund to the card used to initiate the transfer.
Important Note: Please double-check all the details of your GCash recipient before sending money. If you send GCash to the wrong recipient and the transaction is completed, Pomelo will not be able to assist you in recovering the funds.
Refund processing times may vary based on the card used for the transfer.
