There may be an instance where you need to pause a receiver's card under your account. Placing a receiver's card in a paused state instantly blocks the card from new purchases.
How to pause your receivers card:
You can pause or unpause a receiver's card from the Home tab of your Pomelo app.
Under Accounts Overview, you'll see a list of the active and pending receivers you've invited to use Pomelo. Simply click on the name of the loved one you'd like to take action toward.
From the loved one's activity page, select the Pause Icon. Once you click the Pause Icon, you'll be asked to confirm.
If you wish to proceed select "Yes", and you're done!
