If you're having a problem with 3DS, please make sure that you've updated to the latest version of Pomelo's app.

If you are on the latest version, and it still is not working, please contact Pomelo Support in-app or through email at support@pomelo.com, and we'll happily troubleshoot.

We know that 3DS can be a pain and we're working to make it better!
