How do I troubleshoot email verification issues?
If you don’t receive a verification link by email, try the following:
Confirm the inbox you’re checking matches the email address associated with your Pomelo account.
Check your spam folder.
Wait a while before trying again.
If you forgot the email address associated with your account, or no longer have access to it, please contact Pomelo Support in-app.
Why do I need to verify my email address?
Verifying your email address lets us know that you truly own your email address and allows us to better assist you if you need support. This ensures that all emails, such as statements, promotions, and account updates are sent to the correct person and prevents someone from signing up for Pomelo with an email they don't have access to.
What email address will the validation email come from?
This message will come from Pomelo <important@t.pomelo.com>.

Any email that looks like this and is sent from a different email address did not come from Pomelo. If you are unsure about whether or not an email was from Pomelo, contact Pomelo Support in-app or by emailing support@pomelo.com for assistance.
